CUSTOM BOOKING
WHAT ARE CUSTOM COUTURE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all customers that book our on-line custom-made booking services trough Wajie Ibrahim official website. 
A fix price of RM 100 is the fees to set an appointment for your online meeting session with our designer. It is limited to a one session only. This fees are not the final price for your custom-made clothing.
However this booking fees will be deducted from your final agreed price.
Note: The booking fees are non-refundable.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY BOOKING APPOINTMENT?

Cancellations must be made at least One day before your scheduled session. If not, or if you miss the appointment after our contact attempts, the booking will be treated as a 'No Show' and the fee is non-refundable.

CAN I RE-SCHEDULE MY BOOKING APPOINTMENT

Yes, rescheduling is allowed up to Two times only. After that, you'll need to make a new appointment and pay a new booking fee.

ARE ALL CUSTOM COUTURE FINAL SALE?

Yes. Due to the personalized nature of our designs, all custom couture orders are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.

SHOP POLICY
OUR ONLINE SHOP RETURN POLICY?

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and returned with a receipt. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

  • Cash (in-store only)
ARE ANY OF THE READY WEAR FINAL SALE?

Yes. Sale items over 25% off, clearance stock, or promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

MY TRANSACTION COULD NOT BE PROCESSED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

Ready-made items are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders follow a different production timeline and will ship once completed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping times depend on your location. Local orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days, while international deliveries may take longer.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT

We’re sorry! Please contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll investigate and resolve it as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE CAN'T BE DELIVERED OR IS RETURNED?

If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, you may need to cover re-shipping costs. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer standard and express shipping, with tracking provided. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, check your tracking link. If it’s delayed or showing no updates, contact our support team at contact@wajieibrahim.com and we’ll assist you further.

RETURNS
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted for eligible ready-made items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

IS/ARE MY PURCHASE/S APPLICABLE FOR REFUND?

Refunds are offered for items with production defects, wrong sizes shipped (not based on customer measurement errors), or incorrect items sent. Please see our full return policy for details.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE?

Final sale items include:

  • Custom-made pieces
  • Washed or altered items
  • Sale/Clearance items
  • Items returned after 7 days
HOW CAN I INITIATE A RETURN?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. It will be credited to your original method of payment.
